Garden – Patio doors open to walled lawned back garden, with patio and large picnic bench, and brick built BBQ. Hot tubs are not allowed unfortunately.

Bedroom 1 – Ensuite, upto 4 persons – King sized bed with 2000 pocket sprung mattress. Plus adult sized bunk beds.

En suite bathroom – cast iron roll top bath, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2 – King sized bed with 1800 pocket sprung mattress.

Bathroom 2 – Shower, toilet and sink.

Your accommodation hosts will always meet our guests on arrival to show you around the townhouse and help you make the most of your stay in York. Please make an effort to keep to the agreed arrival time. Arrivals after 8pm will incur a £30 surcharge. This is a premium property and is not suitable for wild parties or butlers in the buff. Perfect for the discerning Hen group that want to enjoy the beauties of York. There is a £500 held deposit due 24 hours before arrival that will be released within 24 hours of property stay.
