“Out, Out” is a boutique event organiser for ladies, gentlemen and corporates looking to organise afternoon and weekend events in the UK. We specialise in making special occasions even more special. We have been doing this for a combined 25 years and lots has changed since we started organising Hen, Stag and Group weekends but the key ingredient is still fun. This is a business born from a passion of great nights out and amazing memories. Let us share our expertise with you and remove the stress from organising that special day or night “Out, Out”. It’s simple all you need to do is fill in an Enquiry form or call us and the rest is left down to us, not luck. We know that it can be a little daunting being given the responsibility of organizing a hen weekend and can get a little stressful. There really is so much to take into consideration when organizing a large group of people and it can all get a little to much when you start looking at all of the options out there. But that’s exactly why we are here and exactly why our customers love the service we provide. We will try and accommodate all group requirements and be as flexible as can be when organizing that special Out Out after all its one of the most important events of any persons life. We have off the shelf packages but also we have a team of experienced travel and events consultants ready and waiting to come up with the next best itinerary specifically tailored to you.

You can compare activity costs and options or alternatively you can get in touch with Out, Out and we can send you some fantastic ideas. WE LOVE THIS…One of the many reasons that Hen, Stag and groups like yourself book with us is that it’s easy! The reason it is easy is because availability for great activities can be tricky to find and some companies have “No large groups” policies we check availability and have long standing relationships in place so that the booking is made on your behalf.

We can cater for all budgets whether it’s just a single activity or a full weekend we can help you. We are boutique by nature so every customer that books with us gets our undivided attention and as such nothing is left to chance. We can also take the stress out of having to organise and collect money, it can sometimes be awkward having to chase your friend or a complete stranger for money so leave it to us.

We cover the entire U.K so if you have a specific location in mind but can’t see it on our locations list, don’t worry just let us know and we can send you ideas. There are no risks here! This is what we do, and love so just sit back and relax. We have personally been “Out, Out” in all of the locations that we offer and can give you some real “insider tips” on where to go and where to skip.We can also find your perfect event space for a corporate occasion, wedding, Hen party, Baby Shower, Stag do, Engagement party, Christmas event and the like. If it’s a full venue with all the bells and whistles or just a space for you to organise the rest, we can help you. Venue finding can be tough and complicated, we have a whole host of different spaces to accommodate different requirements and can generally pass on hire discounts.

Payments
At Out Out Entry we know how tricky it can be organising getting money from your group, we used to do it manually and its pretty stressful but with out new Party management system you wont have to worry about any of that. Its super simple all we need is the Name, Email address and contact number of each guest looking to attend and then the rest is over to us. You don’t have to chase them or collect the money manually its all handled by our internal party management system which has a secure online payment facility and also tracks who has paid what and when to make sure that the all important weekend is being paid for on time so that you can literally sit back and relax.
Payments
We want you to have the most memorable experience possible, so we are on hand 24/7. All our activities are tried and tested so you won’t have your weekend ruined by not being able to do a preferred activity. We understand that your main priority is giving your Hen, Stag or Group the most memorable experience possible for all the right reasons. We have very high expectations when we organise events for our customers because we know how important it is for everything to run smoothly.
It Was just a dream – The Out Out Entry Story
Some years back our founder dreamed of “living her best life”, it was only after working for a number of different hospitality companies and organising 1000’s and 1000’s of events that she felt ready to ride solo. After risking it all and leaving a great full-time role she brought Out Out to the world. After sleepless nights and lots of day through to night shifts it became a realisation that customers wanted that special familiar touch when organising arguably one of the most important events of their lives..The journey is just beginning….
