It is simple. Stand up paddle boarding is the new offshoot of the surfing world.

Instead of sitting back and waiting for the wave to come, in stand up paddling, the boarder will stand on the board and paddle-like in a boat to propel the board through the water. You will stand at full height, to get the best balance and view. It is an amazing experience when you and your girls do it in a group.
